VIBRANT LIVING yoga is a fun, dynamic, energizing, slow-flow yoga practice putting full focus on STABILITY, increasing STRENGTH & STAMINA, and developing MOBILITY.
The foundation of this style is the physiotherapeutic aspect, focusing on healthy, safe & gentle joint motion.
This longevity vinyasa yoga makes us aware of what the body is doing correctly. It begins with organizing from the ground up and combines active, invigorating poses with smooth transitions using the power of your breath.
The class is a sequence of creative movements where the focus is put on specific postures and muscle groups to open, lengthen, active & strengthen.
There is a wonderful balance of grounding poses, hip-opening poses, backbends, core strengthening & stabilization, twists, and forward folds. It is one of the greatest ways to connect to your body and to feel your aliveness - FEELING IS UNDERSTANDING!
This practice will help you achieve your health goals, go deeper with personal attention & training, and gain a deeper understanding of your body's muscles, tissues, and ligaments.

WHERE TO COME:
Just stay in the comfort of your own home! How wonderful is that?
WHEN IT STARTS:
Glisten & Glow Holiday Flow starts Monday, November 27 for 4 weeks, at 9:00 am for 45 minutes on ZOOM.
WHAT TO BRING:
I recommend a good sticky yoga mat, two blocks, a bolster & blanket, and a strap. And I always invite you to bring your beginner's mind and enthusiasm to know you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Here is the scoop on the 'WHERE, WHEN, WHAT & HOW'!
WHERE TO COME:
Meet me at CyFarm Yoga Studio, Theresian Strasse 7, Starnberg.
There is parking on the streets but some days you may need to search. I recommend parking in a parking garage for ease and convenience.
WHEN IT STARTS:
Both Wednesday & Friday classes begin at 9:30 am and go until 11:00 am. It is a 90-minute yoga class and it is taught in English.
WHAT TO BRING:
There are mats, blocks, bolster & blankets at the studio, however; if you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it. Otherwise, bring your beginner's mind and enthusiasm to be prepared to feel amazing!
HOW TO REGISTER:
Go to www.cyfarm.de to reserve. You can also drop in and pay cash if this is more convenient. But there are only 8 spots available, so to reserve on line will gurantee your spot.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
What class is right for me?
VIBRANT LIVING YOGA: (The next Glisten & Glow Holiday Flow starts Monday, November 27 for 4 weeks until December 18.
This is a slow-flow dynamic-activated Asana class. We intuitively visualize how the muscles contract and joints move to stabilize us. This is called Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery (basically embodiment) improving actual function. These classes are all about biomechanics, fascia, and the neuro-muscular connection. I give many cues keeping you present in your body and in the moment. Each moment is a reminder to begin where we are. Join me in reconnecting to your practice or starting something new.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE YOGA: (The next 10-week course starts in Jan. 2024)
This is a 10-week course and is offered 3 times a year (Jan. March, & Sept.). It is my signature offer and foundational course where you will develop greater body awareness, through organizing and activating. You will create greater stability, increase your overall strength, and challenge your end range of motion so that you will feel greater freedom in your movements. We explore a sequence of yoga postures and movements that are designed to promote balance, strength, mobility, and overall vitality. You will also learn the 10 essential habits to help you move freely and live fully. THIS IS A FOUNDATIONAL COURSE that welcomes students of all ages and fitness levels, who are eager to be challenged and also to transform. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will LEARN how to move the body in a safe way without injury or pain and create a strong and healthy foundation for years to come, both ON and OFF the mat.
PAUSE BREATH CLASS: (The next breath classes start January 2024)
The Pause Technique is a method of using continual breathwork to release anxiety and stress and down-regulate your nervous system. The technique uses the breath as the healer to shift stuck emotions that create heaviness & overwhelm in the body. These breathwork sessions are 30 minutes and will begin in January 2024 - immediately after the ONLINE ZOOM classes. More details coming soon.
