Hello, I'm Wendy!

 

I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, practicing yoga, moving my body by getting out in nature, being creative in the kitchen with crazy recipes, drinking green smoothies, and swimming in my lake year round but mostly... living an authentic life and keeping it SIMPLE!

I am a certified Holistic  Longevity Lifestyle & Coach and a certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Vinyasa Flow, PhysioFlow, Yin, Gravity & Restorative yoga.

My passion for breath work inspired me to become a Breath Therapist and Yoga Breath Coach and in June 2022 I became a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor where I will be doing monthly live workshops in the Starnberg/Munich area.

I believe that with the right tools anyone can transform starting from the inside out.

I am currently teaching and coaching online and finding this modality a great success for both yoga & breathwork. It is my greatest passion to help women who are seeking physical freedom and want to build resilience in bodies & minds, add years to their lives, and life to their years with more purpose, joy & ease.

WHY YOGA? Yoga is not only a connection of the mind and body but also of our souls. We can connect our minds to our bodies through breathing and a range of movements, which increase flexibility and strength with repetition and time. Starting each practice with intention and introspection will strengthen the connection between mind and body. I would love for you to join me and experience it for yourself.
