Every week, for 90 minutes we will look at new skill sets that will enable you to increase your capacity and make progress in your practice from week to week. This will deepen your understanding of how your body works for you by creating greater stability, strength, and mobility, today and in the years to come.

Over these next 10 weeks, we’ll explore the techniques of ACTIVATE ASANA YOGA, that promote balance, strength, mobility, and overall vitality to help you move freely and live fully.
