VIBRANT LIVING YOGA is a dynamic, energizing, slow-flow yoga practice putting full focus on STABILITY, increasing STRENGTH, and developing MOBILITY.

The foundation of this movement methodology is an activated asana practice, focusing on healthy, safe & gentle movements in the body and joints. It is an innovative practice of movement science and traditional yoga.

This yoga practice makes us aware of what the body is 'feeling'; building Neuromuscular awareness (relationship between the nervous system and the muscles). 

Are you looking to:

  • maintain strength in your muscles and joints as you age so you can move your body with confidence and ease?
  • develop skillful movements and build trust in your body so that you can do all the activities you love, well into your 80's?

Meet me at Neues Tanzen, Moosstr. 18, Starnberg.   

There is parking in front of the building and on the street, but you may also need to search some days. The nearby grocery stores have spots: Rewe - 90 minutes & Edeka - 3 hours with parking cards displayed.

 

WHEN: 

TUESDAY & FRIDAY mornings at 9:30 am for 90 minutes, taught in English.

 

WHAT TO BRING: 

There are blocks, straps & blankets at the studio, however; if you have your own mat I encourage you to bring it. The mats at the studio are limited. Otherwise, bring your beginner's mind and enthusiasm and be prepared to feel amazing!
