Join my Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop on Sunday 28th January 2024 in Starnberg (just outside of Munich) at the beautiful newly renovated Ambiance Sport & Fitness Studio (address below). 

I invite you on this journey to open your mind, go deep within, trust the process, and join me to learn all about the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology which will help you to tap into your deepest potential and create a daily practice at home to help you rise and thrive. You will discover how the Wim Hof Method helped me reduce my cancer markers after dedicating my time, effort & energy to practice the breathwork, and swim daily in my town's lake (from October through May). You will learn how the Wim Hof Method helped my mindset whilst going through my cancer journey. I also weave in my other expertise with my yoga movement methodology to enhance your experience as you discover your true capabilities and become Healthier, Happier, and Stronger ~ the Wim Hof Mantra!

Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about‚ÄĒ a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

Although there is always a rough outline, a 'no program' approach is a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

  • 10.15am - 11.45am > Welcome, My story, The Wim Hof Method Story, Breathwork Science, Breathwork Practice and Reflection

  • 11.45 am - 12.05 pm>¬†Light snack - warm soup

  • 12.05 pm - 13.00 pm> Yoga/horse stance, Cold Exposure Theory and Science, Commitment

  • 13.00 pm - 13.40 pm> Ice Bath and Warming Techniques

  • 13.40 pm - 14.00 pm > Closing celebration to¬†set your new intentions

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

We advise you to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

What to Bring

  • Bring a Yoga Mat (or equivalent), blanket, swimwear, flip-flops, towel, or dry robe, wear layers, a hot water bottle if you like to be cozy, and a notebook if you like to take notes and your waiver if you didn't forward per email.

This is my story in short... 

One of my highest priorities is living a healthy lifestyle; moving my body (yoga, biking, hiking, skiing, climbing, swimming) by being in nature, getting creative in my kitchen with crazy but healthy recipes, swimming in my lake year-round, and being with high vibe people.  But most importantly living an authentic life and keeping it SIMPLE!

Hello there, I’m Wendy and I am passionate about living the highest quality and most vibrant life possible. To wake up daily feeling happy, healthy, and strong is my number one focus, and I want to help you feel and do the same.  My intention is to show people the power of their breath, their life force, and to get out of their heads and start to feel more into their bodies, and to show them the power and potential that is within each one of us. It is truly magic!  And exactly this is what the Wim Hof Method showed me.  Health, healing, and longevity are all possible and I can confidently say that this method can take you there, as it did me. The 3 pillars of breathwork, mindset, and cold exposure were the most valuable tools for my transformation from disease to wellness.  And I would be honoured to share with you how to find comfort in the discomfort using the Wim Hof Method.

My Journey… I was sent on a new journey in the spring of 2021, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer as I personally witnessed moving from illness to well-being. Through my own experience of outward success, I recognized what was needed for me to transition from disease to well-being. I took my health and wellness into my own hands and trusted my intuition, taking an alternative route to healing myself as I believe this is our nature and our bodies are capable of miraculous things. Inspired by Wim’s dedication and mission to his practice, my daily protocol included the Wim Hof Method, with daily breathwork and cold exposure (going into my lake every single day from Sept. through May for the past 3 years). After 6 months of my diagnosis, my markers (blood work) improved, and my inflammation and pain were significantly reduced. Today, almost 3 years later there are no signs of cancer. I feel strong, energized, and more resilient than ever after taking 100% responsibility for my health. Balancing self-care, simple living, moving my body, and doing my daily WHM practices are my secret weapons when it comes to living a vibrant and longevity lifestyle.

Building a community of health-determined people who are inspired to learn and grow and are interested in living a long, healthy, and happy life is a passion of mine.

As a WHM instructor, certified yoga teacher, integrative breathwork therapist, and holistic health & wellness coach, I am so excited to meet you and show you, using the tools of breath, mindset, and cold; the power and potential and inner wisdom that is deep within you.
